Historical Profiles Architecture
Why retrospective typing requires transparent evidence grading rather than confident claims.
Scientific & Epistemic Boundary Notice
Historical figures cannot take this assessment. Any profile presented in this future module is an editorial reconstruction based on surviving letters, biographies, contemporary accounts, and documented behavior—not a verified test result.
Policy: Strictly deceased historical figures only. No living celebrity typing. No copying nicknames or type assignments from commercial websites.
The Historical Profile Schema
Unlike pop-culture typing sites that assign a four-letter code with zero citations, every profile in our repository adheres to a strict multi-layer evidence contract:
Rated as Low, Moderate, or High confidence based on surviving autobiographical density.
Continuous Big Five range estimates accompanied by specific behavioral citations.
Explicitly documents historical episodes that contradict the proposed classification.
Presents competing scholarly theories and alternative type hypotheses side-by-side.
Illustrative Evidence Card (Demonstration Format)
Proposed Code: INTP? (Confidence: Moderate). Grounded in recorded preferences for solitary conceptual thought experiments and reluctance to accept early dogmatic closure.
Open-Mindedness: Very High (High Confidence). Conscientiousness: Mixed/Fluctuating. Documented high intellectual novelty paired with non-linear administrative habits.
Intense public advocacy, international speaking tours, and active political correspondence present traits often associated with higher social engagement than classic introverted archetypes suggest.
Active scholarly curation will open following empirical validation of the core consumer instruments.
